The end of the year is here and it is time for a look back. Please allow me to share the best three non-fiction and fiction books I read this year.
As I conclude my introspective moment I have to admit that I was somewhat surprised at my feelings regarding radical transparency. I started off with a mild curiosity but ended with a different outlook. I guess you just never know what you will find in the reflection.
In “Principles” Ray Dalio lays out his belief in the effectiveness of the Idea Meritocracy and recently I was asked some interesting questions regarding the concept. Of course I had alot to say so I am taking the idea to these two entries to examine how I feel about radical transparency.
Fruitful careers require constant learning. And books are a wealth of knowledge. So, how much effort do you put into productive reading?
