As I conclude my introspective moment I have to admit that I was somewhat surprised at my feelings regarding radical transparency. I started off with a mild curiosity but ended with a different outlook. I guess you just never know what you will find in the reflection.
In “Principles” Ray Dalio lays out his belief in the effectiveness of the Idea Meritocracy and recently I was asked some interesting questions regarding the concept. Of course I had alot to say so I am taking the idea to these two entries to examine how I feel about radical transparency.
When I was young I talked too much. It’s not uncommon and some people never grow out of it. Which is a shame because just shutting the hell up can do some great things.
